Overview

In this video we look Anatomy in movement.
This will give you a better understanding of what the muscles are doing and why certain muscles react the way that they do, especially when out of alignment or when compensating. A whole new world opens up when you KNOW your anatomy and you’re teaching movement. Not just anatomy out of a book, but anatomy in relation to movement.
