Overview
In this video we demonstrate how you can do a quick 5min warm-up for your clients while incorporating the basic movement principles of hip dissociation, hip flexor – abdominal coordination, spinal articulation and mind-body connection. Observe the inclusion of flow and the smooth transistions from one exercise to the next. It enables you to successfully do a warm-up in 5 – 6 minutes. This is a great way to get a client to centre their mind and bring their focus to their body.
