4 Movement Principles In A 5 Minute Warm-Up
DESCRIPTION
In this video, we demonstrate how you can do a quick 5-minute warm-up for your clients while incorporating the basic movement principles of hip dissociation, hip flexor-abdominal coordination, spinal articulation and mind-body connection. Observe the inclusion of flow and the smooth transitions from one exercise to the next. It enables you to successfully do a warm-up in 5 – 6 minutes. This is a great way to get a client to centre their mind and bring their focus to their body.
