Where will it be held?
We are finalizing the venue in either Cape Town or Paarl. Either way, they are both beautiful areas to visit. So, book your flight ticket and we will confirm the Venue ASAP!
What do I need?
All you need is a mat, notepad and a pen!

Definitely active wear! We are going to get active while we learn!
