Hey, I’m Tanya Thompson. My journey began 27yrs ago with frustration — knowing I should be better, but not finding the answers I needed in the courses I took.
I wanted to know more: about anatomy, complex clients, powerful teaching, and building a successful studio. So I spent thousands of hours researching, studying real clients with EMG and Biodex machines, and proving that science + great teaching changes everything.
Along the way, I built a thriving studio, taught internationally, partnered with the American Council on Exercise, won 2 international educational awards, developed many anatomy and biomechanics protocols, and helped instructors upskill to end up having a waitlist of clients.
I know many instructors feel isolated, unsure, or too shy to ask questions — while watching others grow.
