Why should I take this class?

Enjoy the recording of ONE of our weekly classes that is available for members to do with me LIVE every week, or in their own time! This is how we practice what we preach as a community. And train with purpose and intention while getting in great physical and mental shape.This class makes use of: a small ball, foam roller and a resistance band.

IMPORTANT: take note of the flow and easy transition from one exercise into the next. Note the use of voice and effective cueing.
