We look at the all the factors that cause SIJ instability, the anatomy involved as well as the various changes that can occur in the SIJ when it is irritated. What movements should the SIJ be able to do, how much range of movement should it have and most importantly, understanding the anatomy in relation to movement on a client specific level. Learn a comprehensive SIJ exercise program that incorporates slings as well as modified hip stability exercises that are ideal to assist a sensitive SIJ.
