I have completed many of the of-course on line programs. The safe sacroiliac joint training course has a detailed manual with amazing pictures and descriptions of anatomy and conditions.,. As all of Tanya’s courses have . Learning correct exercise progression to best address my clients needs gives me the confidence to design the most effective programs for them and the gratification of seeing them improve in a short amount of time..
