    The content was very valuable as it opened my mind to a slightly different approach to hip strengthening. I enjoy the course presenter as well with her positive attitude. I have done a few of these courses and all of them are easy to understand and implement.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the course and just love the way that Tanya presented it and taught the exercises. It is wonderful to have such simple yet effective exercises to add to my clients’ exercise repertoires that they can also safely practice at home. The fact that the exercises improve funtional movement and stablity for longevity is the main benefit but the real “buy-in” in getting my clients to practice the exercises at home will be telling them that their glutes will also look fabulous!
