In this course we have a look at all the elements that are necessary to train your client for their specific sport. The implementation of the 5 movement principles along with Time Under Tension, exercise progression and client specific training is incorporated in this course. In this course we show the progression of the exercises simultaneously on 3 different individuals. This enables you to understand the progression as well as the reason for any modification or assist that may be used. Learn a powerful program that encompasses cross training for all sports.

Aim of the course:

This course enables the Movement Professional to teach an effective cross training program that is directly focused on a sports person. The professional will obtain knowledge of the 5 movement principles and how these can be applied to a sportsman/woman. Knowledge of how to incorporate Time Under Tension for various sports effectively will be obtained as well as what the needs are of various sports when it comes to designing a sport specific exercise program. The Movement Professional will now have a powerful cross training program that can be used for all sports.

    A fantastic course to give you the confidence to program effectively for sportsmen and sportswoman . Also showing many progressions of the exercises and explanations of how and when to progress..
