Overview
In this video we look at Hip Stability.
This is a joint in the body that is lacking stability. This has a lot to do with glute activation and the balance between the glutes in the back and the hip flexors in the front; taking your client’s range into account.
We need to ensure hip training is done correctly so that you get the best results possible!
