Overview

In this video we discuss the importance of conscious initiated muscular resistance.
Conscious Initiated Muscular resistance is when you get an Antagonist to actively contract to allow the agonist to work more in the movement it is doing. What this does is, it creates more effort in the primary mover and it also helps eliminate compensations.

We show examples of this with some quad work, thoracic spinal extension, how to activate the abdominals and what the importance of this is.
