Learning Path

This course is designed to teach you a full exercise program that will help your client strengthen the lower area of the abdominals efficiently without any compensations. You will learn techniques to successfully activate and strengthening the lower abdominal area with the use of closed-chain, open-chain, and full spinal range of movement. Clients find it easier to feel their upper Rectus Abdominus, but the lower area is often underworked, and the mind-body connection is poor. This course will get the entire Abdominal area to work from the rib cage to the pubic symphysis.

Lower abdominal activation is felt to different degrees in this course whereby there is a build-up of activation versus strength training and mobility. It forms a vital part of any exercise training, and it encourages better hip and lumbar spinal control.
